Hi, I’m Josie! I am studying Early Childhood Education and plan to teach Kindergarten through 5th grade after I graduate. I grew up in Galveston, TX. Even though I was so involved in the church growing up, I did not get saved until the beginning of my sophomore year in college. I chose to get baptized in March 2021 with Christians at Tech. After multiple life altering family issues, I leaned into His love and trusted Him in the waiting and God showed me His plan and purpose He had for me. Going into my last year with Christians at Tech, the pursuit of God is evident in my life because of this community that builds me up. The people are more than just Jesus lovers, they are volunteers, jokesters, leaders, friends, chefs, servants of Christ, and most of all family! This community makes sure you know that you are loved by them and our Savior, Jesus!
